Our Hoisting Systems
use polyethylene
straps to raise and lower the lifting mechanism. Stronger than steel,
each strap is rated at 12,000 pounds and are resistant to most chemicals
and/or solutions. Unlike outdated chain or cable hoists, our
polyethylene straps are virtually maintenance free. Phantom Hoist
incorporate the use of corrosion resistant fasteners and components
wherever possible. In addition, all frame and steel structures are epoxy
powder coated for maximum protection against harsh chemical
environments. |

Because
the lifting mechanism is insulated through nonconductive UHMW (ultra
high molecular weight) load rollers and polyethylene load straps, Our
Hoisting Systems are non conductive to the main frame.
Additionally, the roller assemblies support the lift mechanism at each
end, making the hoist operation an extremely smooth and stable
operation. |
